专业概况

在这里学什么？ This accredited course is designed to give you an expert understanding of fundamental psychology. You will explore core areas of psychology such as:- how the brain works- understanding human behavior- improving mental health- how children developThis course comes with lots of additional opportunities between years two and three. You can choose to study abroad at one of our international partner universities. These include in countries such as USA, Australian, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan and more. Studying abroad can be a great life experience and teach you lots of interpersonal skills and enable you to work with different cultures. You can also choose to work on a placement year in industry. This looks great on your CV, builds your experience, and can massively help your employability. This degree can open the door for a wide range of careers. This can be in the various fields of professional psychology, such as clinical, occupational, forensic, health sport, counseling, or educational psychology. You will also gain key and transferable skills that will enable you to pursue a career in a whole range of different industries. Some of our graduates have gone into roles such as teaching, research, the police force, advertising, and public relations.

中国学生入学要求

为来自中国的学生设计 Students who have completed 12 years of education (Gao Zhong) in China must complete a Foundation Programme or GCE A Level (or equivalent) and demonstrate proficiency in English language in order to progress on to an undergraduate degree programme. Students who successfully complete the Foundation Certificate, obtaining the grades required for their chosen degree programme, will be guaranteed admission to the University. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 with minimum 5.5 in each component.
