Can you please introduce yourself?

我是Zoe，来自杭州，这是我在剑桥文理CATS China的第三年。我无论对学业还是课外活动都非常投入。我从小学就开始练习书法。在课余时间我喜欢听音乐，旅游和烘焙。我还在公共账号上继续发表心理学的课外研究。(欢迎大家关注Zoe的个人：crazieZoePsych)

I’m Zoe from Hangzhou and this is my third year at CATS China. I am very involved in both my academic works and extracurricular activities. I have been practicing calligraphy since primary school. I enjoy listening to music, traveling and baking in my spare time. I also continue to publish extracurricular research in psychology on my public WeChat account.

在剑桥文理(CATS China)读书开心么?最喜欢的课程是什么?

Do you enjoy the study at CATS China? What’s your favorite subject of CATS China?

在剑桥文理(CATS China)的学习经历为我提供了成长的机会。在两年多的学习过程中，五彩缤纷的学习生活已经使教学远远超过了仅仅提供书本上的知识。我最喜欢的课程是英文文学。课堂提供了更多对未来人生的见解，教的更多的是与现实生活中有的课题。

The learning experiences here at CATS China provide opportunities for me to develop as a person. In the course of more than 2 years of study, the iridescent campus life have made the teaching far more than merely providing knowledge from the textbook. My favorite course is English Literature. The class offers insights into the future and teaches more about topics that are relevant to real life.

在剑桥文理(CATS China)参加过哪些难忘的活动?

Which activities at CATS China were you enjoy at the most?

我在剑桥文理CATS China最难忘的活动是**年的万圣节。最开始大家没有完全进入状态，但之后由几个同学带头，其他人也马上积极参与进了队伍并展现出个性和自由精神。那个时候**次能感受到同学们的热情和主动性，以及整个集体的凝聚力。圣诞节和朋友一起主持也是很难忘的经历。

My most memorable activity at CATS China was the first year’s Halloween party. At that time, I felt the enthusiasm and initiative of students and the cohesion among the whole student body for the first time. Being the hosting for the Christmas event with my friends was also an unforgettable experience.

请详细分享一下托福听说读写、尤其是写作的高分经验吧～

Could you please share your learning experiences for getting high marks in TOEFL? Especially in writing.

在有想法的基础上，有一个清晰和良好的结构在写作中起着重要的作用。记住并运用你文学课上的内容能提高你的写作水平。我的老师也有在John Locke作文比赛协助指导我拓展了解专业领域的知识。口语高分主要是要抓住课堂内外与外交交流的机会。我觉得有一个好的口音也是一个加分项。

On the basis of having ideas, have a clear and well-constructed structure serves as an important role in writing. Keeping mind and applying the contents from your literature class is able to improve your writing. My teachers also helped guide me and expand my knowledge towards the professional field. during the John Locke essay competition. For reaching a high score in speaking is mainly to seize the opportunity to talk with your teachers inside and outside of class. I think having a good accent is also a plus.

你一直是学习尖子生，有没有什么良好的学习习惯跟大家分享?

You are always one of the most excellent students. Do you have any study tips to share?

最基础也是最本分的要求大家肯定都听厌了。对于我来说自律就是一个双赢的方式(不错的方式)。可谓：越自律，越自由。此外，每天在有限的时间里找一些事情让自己对学习维持积极的态度也不可忽略。比如我特别喜欢把在学校发生的有趣的小事记录下来，可以与课堂有关也可以无关。当然说到记录，就像tutorial课一样给自己制定目标，每天列计划表确保自己完成了预期的每一件事，以及按时整理寝室课桌、书*、笔记本都是很好的学习习惯。

I'm sure you're tired of hearing the most basic study tips. For me, self-discipline is a win-win. “The more self-discipline, the more freedom.” In addition, it is also important to find some things to maintain a positive attitude towards study in the limited amount of time each day. For example, I especially like to record every interesting thing happened in school, which may be related to the class or not. Also, when it comes to record, just like in the tutorial class when we are setting goals, making a schedule every day to make sure that you have accomplished everything you expected, and arranging desk in the dorm room, schoolbags and notebooks on time are all good study habits.

理想的大学和专业是?

What's your dream university and major you would like to study?

还没有想过具体去哪所大学，但还是会朝排名靠前的大学努力。我的理想专业可能会与心理学和经济学有关。

I haven't thought about which university to go to specifically, but I will still go for the top universities. My ideal major will probably related to psychology and economics.
