Our Master of Organizational Leadership degree program might be perfect for you. This program is designed to help you learn a set of graduate-level skills that will assist you in achieving your professional goals. We offer coursework in administration and in a specialized emphasis area. Through the capstone experience, you can individualize your program through analysis of processes, strategies and tactics focused on your current place of employment, or a related industry.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants must have earned a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 out of a 4.0 scale for their bachelor’s degree to be considered for regular admission. Admitted students are expected to have undergraduate educational experiences, including general education studies, that are similar to those required for a baccalaureate at Northern Arizona University. English proficiency scores for most programs are: 80 (TOEFL iBT) or 6.5 (IELTS).
