This program prepares you for professional practice with a broad, applied education with courses in several technical areas. With input from industry, Northern Arizona University created courses to enhance knowledge, understanding, and/or develop skills critical to today's practicing engineers.

Careers

The flexibility of an electrical or computer engineering degree can't be overstated; this highly lucrative degree could mean working in aerospace, computers, or many other areas. A bachelor's degree will get you into the field, but a master's will provide you with even more opportunities. If you're looking to enhance your electrical or computer engineering knowledge while making yourself more marketable, our program is right for you.

Our program is intended to meet your educational needs as a practicing engineer. You will have the opportunity to enhance and/or develop the skills, knowledge, and understanding that are critical to today practicing engineers.

Students wanting to earn their bachelor and master’s degrees may qualify for our Accelerated program, which allows students to count six units toward both degrees, shortening the time to graduation.

With further education, one of these paths is possible: Research and Development Engineer; System Design Engineer; Engineering Consultant; Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineer.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants must have earned a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 out of a 4.0 scale for their bachelor’s degree to be considered for regular admission. Admitted students are expected to have undergraduate educational experiences, including general education studies, that are similar to those required for a baccalaureate at Northern Arizona University. English proficiency scores for most programs are: 80 (TOEFL iBT) or 6.5 (IELTS).
