专业概况

Advance your knowledge for working with elementary students from diverse backgrounds. Our fully online Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction: Elementary Education track allows you to fuel your passion for education and learning. The program's specialized course of study will empower you to make changes in your classroom and become a leader in your school. Special emphasis is placed on understanding approaches to curriculum and instruction within elementary schools and is designed to teach students how to meet the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse learners and their families.

A diverse curriculum benefits teachers in the elementary classroom in public, charter, or private settings. The Elementary Education track curriculum broadens teacher perspectives and understanding of education issues and needs. Program Curriculum

The online Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction: Elementary Education Specialization is completed in one year and consists of six accelerated eight-week terms. Students enroll in 4 courses (12 credits) each semester and complete two courses each 8-week term in the semester. A total of 36 credit hours (12 courses) is necessary to complete the program.
