Mathematics is important to all areas of our society and to almost any career. The BA with a major in Mathematics Education major provides students with pedagogical content knowledge and the skills necessary to ensure their successful induction and long-term participation in the teaching profession and, upon graduation from the program, results in endorsement for Full Teacher Certification by the State of Florida's Department of Education.
