This course will enable you to design or improve the way an organisation selects, develops and manages people.

Overview

An organisation is only as good as its people. And how good its people are depends on how well they are managed and led.

This course is ideal for:

• Experienced managers interested in the people side of business, looking to be better managers, usually in a HR or organisational development role and
• Non-psychology graduates who, through their first degree, have developed an interest in the field and are looking to join organisations as HR specialists

Underpinning the desire to undertake this course will be an interest in the human side of business, how people can best be managed and how fair systems can be developed within an organisation.

Careers

The MSc in Management Psychology will be of value to those interested in applying psychology, particularly occupational psychology, in a practical organisational context, as a line manager, HR manager or consultant.

Students can also exit with PGDip award.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students who do not meet the entry requirements stated above and students who hold a three-year diploma (Da Zhuan) from a recognised Chinese university with good grades, may be eligible for the University’s pre-Master's Programme delivered on campus at the University of Liverpool International College. Students need to have IELTS 6.5 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each component.
