Wichita State’s Bachelor of Science (BS) in computer engineering will prepare you for a high-paying career in a large number of industries and governmental organizations. You’ll have access to some of the best labs and technology in the country and the chance to work and research with faculty and industry professionals on campus and in Kansas’ center of industry.

Curriculum

In this ABET-accredited program, you’ll study a broad array of electives or concentrate on hardware, computer networking or electrical engineering. As a senior, you’ll work in a team on a two-semester project giving you practical experience you’ll put to use in your future engineering career.

Applied Learning

Students in the Bachelor of Science in computer engineering program are required to complete an applied learning or research experience to graduate from the program. The requirement can be met by completing the two capstone design experiences consisting of EE 585 and EE 595.
