在这里学什么？

You'll design your own program. For real. You'll choose courses from the following areas: anthropology, criminal justice, economics, history, political science, psychology and sociology. We designed the program this way so you will learn how the social sciences relate to various topics that interest you. Topics such as war, poverty, inequality.

And, because our program is so flexible, it's especially attractive if you're a working adult. Our program will allow you to balance work and academics.

Many of our Social Sciences graduates are teachers. Others are in many of the "helping people" professions, such as social work. Still others have gone to graduate school.

What you can do with a degree in Social Sciences. Suggested 4-year plan of study.

The social sciences major consists of 15 courses (45 credits), 14 of which are distributed in three of seven areas of concentration: anthropology, criminal justice, economics, history, political science, psychology, and sociology. Five courses (15 credits) must be at the 1300 level or above.
