在中国的农历中，能展开许多的文化传统故事，蕴含着丰富的东方哲理。深秋十月也是中国农历的九月。农历九月，正赶上中国传统节日重阳节。古时民间在重阳节有登高祈福、秋游赏菊、佩插茱萸、拜神祭祖及饮宴祈寿等习俗。传承至今，又加添了尊老敬老的文化内涵。

本次活动恰逢重阳佳节，我们邀您与我们一同赏秋品茶，从传统文化谈起，聊一聊全球化背景下中国传统文化对于未来教育的重要性，以及如何在开展双语教育的同时，依旧植根中国传统文化，将文化传承结合到国际化教育中去。

中方校长：兰天笑｜Tim Lan

兰天笑校长曾任国内多所双语学校的校长，多年来一直致力于中英双语教育，倡导中西教育传统与文化的融合。他非常了解在中国实行教育国际化所面临的挑战，推崇全人教育理念，致力于创建一个同时重视学术探究、社会责任和品格修养的教学框架。

Before joining Nord Anglia School Suzhou, Tim has been a principal in several bilingual schools in China. A passionate and tireless advocate of bilingual education, Tim is a strong believer in the integration of Chinese and Western learning tradition. He understands the challenges faced by international education and is a firm supporter of whole-person education. He strives to promote teaching and learning in a framework of academic rigour, social concerns, and moral inquiry.

教育学监：Selena Dumble

Selena Dumble教育学监曾在英国担任A-level考官，英国数学竞赛命题者，并在英国的女子寄宿学校Moreton Hall担任生活指导老师和数学老师，后又在上海协和双语学校担任了近10年的校长，她以丰富的经验和国际化的理念帮助协和双语学校取得了巨大的成功。Selena致力于让每个学生的校园生活都为未来做好准备，得到全面的个人发展；同时，也为所有的教职员工提供一个培养专业精神和充满关怀的工作环境。
